Hello world!

Welcome to 2021! Like most people I am grateful and thankful for all of the lessons that 2020 had taught me. The beginning of 2020 I did not fare very well but by summer time I was getting back to my old self back into the swing of things. I allowed an extremely stressful job to take over and consume my life and I stopped doing what I love the most and that is teaching and connecting with all of my community.
November 9th 2020 became my day one! From that date I have been making small consistent changes every single day. Now with the New Year of 2021 ahead I am starting to see the impact of all of those changes. Everyone sees the 30 pound weight loss that I have been able to achieve to this point. But all of the other changes that I have done have added up to Mountain of change in my life. I changed jobs and I’m now working at a place that is a few minutes from my home. With the cold Canadian winter coming I am extremely grateful that I have no commute now and that I can get to work safely.
I decided to give up alcohol and that has made a huge impact not only on my physical health but my mental health as well. See future blog posts on that point coming soon. I sought out and engaged coaches that not only motivated me but kept me accountable.
I changed how I eat and I changed what I drink. But I also changed what I was consuming through social media, television, what I was reading, and people I connected with and chatted with. As most people know this journey isn’t about just a one stop in time it is about the things I’m going to do going forward to live the best life that I want to live!
So get ready 2021 I am making a few vows to myself.
1) I am going to be doing yoga everyday to get back to my own consistent practice.

2) I’m going to be taking my business to the next level.

3) I’m going to learn to enjoy all the little things in my life and have started writing a gratitude Journal.

4) I’m going to be open to allowing in abundance in all aspects of my life.
So thank you for your support thank you for your encouragement and I look forward to seeing and reflecting back on all of the great changes that 2020 has given me to move me forward through 2021!
I would love to hear from you and hear what you are doing and putting into practice today to make 2021 a great year for you,

Always remember never be afraid to let your light shine for it could be a beacon to someone else in darkness.
